I 485 pending..... attending school necessary ???

Hi,

I had my interview on Dec 6th 2011 and its been a month that i haven't heard anything about it. I just got notification that my i 130 has been approved.

I don't know what is going on with my case.

Since i am on F1 visa (until now) is it necessary for me to go school or i can wait since its almost done.

Can anyone help me about whats going on in my case or whats gonna happen if i don't attend school this semester.

Help will be appreciated.

You fall out of the requirements for the F-1 - so if your AOS is not approved, and you didn't keep up your F-1 - you would have to go home, based on your original visa.

My Advice is usually based on "Worst Case Scenario" and what is written in the rules/laws/instructions. That is the way I roll... -Protect your Status - file before your I-94 expires.
