Hi everyone! I'm a girl and I'm living in my home country. My fiancé finally sent the I-129F today via fedex to Lewisville, TX Service Center!

My question now is: given that we just filed now, doyou think is safe to travel to visit on February? When I say "safe" I'm not talking about whether I'm allowed to travel on my tourist visa or not (I read about that and found out that yes, I can, as long as I'm honest with immigration officers and I'm really traveling for tourism), but I'm afraid I'll miss a package or something at home.

I've been reading but not everything is too clear to me. So, I guess the main question would be: The NOA2 comes to MY address, right? And is it possible that it'll get it here during February or the first weeks of March if we sent the package today? Do I have to be here when the package arrives?

Thanks!

The NOA2 goes to the petitioner in the United States. Nothing gets sent to the beneficiary in their country until the embassy has their petition, and then they send packet 3. So if your fiance just sent the petition today, you have at least 4-6 months between now and the NOA2, so no worries there.
