I asked a lady at the CSC today..."How long does it take to get past the June 16th filers?"

Her reply: "I can't see it taking more than another month or two"

Me: "So two months per day, does that mean I can expect my processing time to be in January of 2021?"

Lady: "I don't know."

It's so hard to be nice on the phone sometimes...

It's important to note that you probably were just talking to someone at the national call center and as such they know less about your status than you do. Unless you can actually get transferred to the semi-mythical tier two. :(

I hope I get my NOA2 soon.....I am so stressed out!! I think I might be going bald! I originally went to see my attorney on 07/05/10 and at that point gave him all proof needed and paid to have my fiance's application submitted. Well he submitted it on 8/19/10 and tothe wrong place and so they stated they never got anything and everything had to be resubmitted on 10/10. I got my reciept date dated for 10/31/10....I was so mad and upset!! Now its been 72 days and nothing!! It has not been touched or anything. I called and complained about my reciept date thinking that if I submitted the certified letter reciepts and postal confirmation they would change the date and get my app moving along but that didnt happen ;-( I only hope I get lucky and hear something soon! Its been really close like 180 days since I applied!!

Looking at your timeline, it's been about 2 months and 12 days.

For me and most people it has been over 4-5 months or even more but then again 2 months is way too long for anything.

Also looks like DR applicants have been getting NOA2 in 1-2 months lately, so i think you'll get your NOA2 very soon

that is the part ididndt understand some they just got NOA1 last months and they ask how much this taking and how much long they have been wait with this new situation with uscis people must not talk about NOA2 till after 5months but we must not forget there is some people get it before that we are here to help each other and give ideas how we can make this happen after 5MONTHS not after few weeks of got NOA1.

ireally dont know each way can work with uscis now when my wife call they keep said same for more than 2weeks your case with officer now that is bull #### what officer can look for in case for more than 2weeks its I130 not NASA case we are over 6months and we still waiting iwish they can just expain what is the problem in CSC so we can understand and know whats going on cus we are part of that but keep tell people they still work in June 16 that is crazy if they really stiiill work in June 16 thats mean there is just 2 or 3 officers in CSC ireally dont know what is the silution
