Sending I-130 from overseas, do I need to include a return envelope?

I'm sending in my I-130 petition from Japan soon to the Chicago lockbox address

Do I need to include a return envelope with US postage so they can send something back to me?

Also, I'm not sure which address to use:

For U.S. Postal Service:

USCIS

P.O. Box 804625

For Express mail and courier deliveries:

USCIS

I'm guessing because I'm mailing it from Japan, and I'm going to mail it with 3-day delivery, I should use the latter?

include the G-1145 form

and

when you ship off to USA, buy 'something' that has a tracking number, so that you can track the packet online.

No need to get a signature, no need to have a response card mailed back to you

but

make sure that packet is tracked, irrespective of the shipping company you chose.
