Hi all, had my interview last week at Nairobi embassy, CO asked me just 5qns how i met my wife, what job she is doing in USA, her date of birth ,when did she go and our sons date of bith, I answered all of them correctly then she told me she cannot give me the visa, she served me form 221g and recommended a dna testing me between me,my wife and our son.

She then returned our marriage certificate and my birth certificate to me. we are in the process of doing the dna.

Is this ok, she did not look at any of the evidence i had carried.

That is all right. Just provide the required doc ( DNS test ), and overall everything would be fine. Sometimes visa cant be granted on spot, but as you provide the necessary doc, then everything would be okay.

I presume your CO is biased. Submit the DNA test as soon as possible. You need little luck

ur son is US citezin ??? i mean he born in USA ?

i dont underdtand if ur wife USA & ur son born in USA why DNA ?

& if ur son non US citezin & born Uganda u make uptade to ur I130 ....

in both cases i dont see need to DNA

DNA need if mother or father apply to his/her sons
