Who has an Account on Dragonladies.org?

It just happened I went to Dragonladies.org today and found out many scammers using someone else pictures. Since I have no account there, I hope someone can help me to tell about this.

Photo real owner is needed

I'm not a scam victim but half professional "scamdigger". I've so far collecting information about Nigerian and Ghanaian scammer gangs used female photos, their real owners and report them to sites so that they can protect their male members who are pay of site's services. But during my "career" I've seen many Filipina photos used every possible sites for multiple profiles. I'm right now able to prove about 100 active West African scammers used photos within minutes and there's all the time 10-20 potential cases under investigation, but I'd like to expand my knowledge to a Filipino female scammers. I start with this photo, which is every Asian site I'm browsing and asking if anybody know photo's real owner? I also appreciate if somebody can tell if this photo user is reported in here.

She's an Indonesian celebrity and many scammer using her pictures. I wanted to replied there but I do not have an account. This is the link from Dragonladies.org and news about her in Indonesia. Some people replied there she's Dewi Sandra which is not true because they are both difference person. Thank you a bunch!.
