Hi all!

First post here after reading so many threads and finally begin my filing process for the i-751!

My question would be is it okay (or necessary) to make notes (like sticking on little post-it notes) in the evidence packet?

The reason I asked this is because my husband and I live with his parents, and the house is under his mother's name. So that leaves us no evidence such as lease contracts or loan payments. If I provide a copy of the loan statement with my husband's mom's name on it, should I make a note stating that the name is his mother and we live under her property?

What makes me puzzled is that should we all provide a bunch of documents and have the officers go figure out themselves??:blink:

Thanks all~

There is no point to put someone elses house statement in your removal of conditions packet. His parents house paperwork is of no use or help to you.

Have his parents write a statement/lease agreement as to the living arrangements sign and date it and include that as your proof/evidence of living together.
