First, the fashion stuff. I can't comment on the attractiveness of women in different countries, but I thought that the girls I saw in Russia seemed on an average level of attractiveness, just with a lot of "embellishments." I think if some guys like lots of heels, make-up, and mini-skirts, Russia is the place to be. It all comes down to your preferences, of course! Maybe a lot of American guys are affected by it because it's "exotic" to them, because it's not a normal experience to see women all dressed to the hilt on American streets (often they see the extreme opposite, women who look like they rolled out of bed straight into dirty sweatpants and a frumpy hoodie before going out. ).

I'm thankful that Victor appreciates my more natural style and thinks I'm sexy and beautiful. Not to toot my own horn, but I'm regularly told I look 5 - 7 years younger than I actually am (recently turned 29 and I don't feel "old" or self-conscious in any way about it, but it's still nice to hear I look young for my age), and I credit it to not wearing much make-up over the years. I have a feminine but simple style to how I dress. I dress appropriate to situations and age-appropriately, neat and clean, with flattering styles for my frame. I find colors that compliment my skin and eyes and stick to that. I'm outdoorsy and not afraid to get dirty going camping or hiking or having picnics, but I'm not a slob. I'm also not prissy, either. My hair-do and nails aren't so precious that I can't get out and do some fun stuff! I do some crafting and various other fun stuff, and I feel like having fancy nails can limit some of that fun if you're constantly worried about "ruining" them, so I just keep naturally manicured nails and keep them neat. I would never blow all my money at a salon or spend hundreds of dollars on cosmetics because I think that money is better spent on practical things, or even on doing something fun, but something more rewarding than a nail-job or dye-job or waxing. I'm a pragmatist. Victor loves that I'm not a prissy "fashion-girl" as we've dubbed them - he's told me himself many, many times that he loves that I have a feminine style (I'm certainly not a butch or "tomboy"), but that I don't wear make-up and don't obsess over my looks. He loves when I wear pigtails, which I think is the most adorable thing ever.

Again, I think it comes down to personal preferences as far as all this physical stuff goes. Me and Vitya fell in love with each other for who we are, and we are naturally attracted to each other physically as well! I think he's absolutely adorable and extremely sexy on top of his sweetness, wonderful sense of humor, kindness, intelligence, and all-around amazingness! He's everything I ever wanted in a man and more, in his soul and mind, and physically he's very cute and handsome! I appreciate that he dresses well, but isn't vain about his appearance. He keeps his hair nice and wears nice-looking clothes, and he smells great! I prefer him in jeans over a suit, though, because he looks most sexy to me when he's feeling comfortable. He looks great in button-down shirts with a vest and jeans (which is what he wears most of the time), but I of course prefer him nekkid! I know he prefers me the same way! He doesn't wear stinky man-cologne, which I appreciate very much, because I can enjoy his natural smell, pheromones always win!

Second, It seems the OP's original concern was already addressed (loose lips sink ships - DON'T let the ex know what's going on!!! Why does he need to know anything? If he was so mean, she should never talk to him again anyway!), but it unfortunately seems that for what his girlfriend was expecting, he dragged his feet too long, unfortunately. Has the OP tried to talk to his girlfriend to try and get them both on the same page? If she is the one you should be willing to fight for her, OP! If you really love her and want to be with her, you should try to get her back! Maybe I'm old-fashioned, but you should fight for your love if you really want her!

The same about RUB guys, most of us never will "pull cat by the tail" for a 2-3 years before asking a girl to marry us if we're really hitted to the heart by her. If we procrastinating it so long, it does mean that we don't sure if it's right person, and just having fun. I agree, that since Natalia didn't hear anything about marriage or at least engagement after 6 months of online relationship and 8 days in person, she probably decided, that OP isn't enough serious and may be she is wasting time which is going...

Maybe it's somewhat cultural, but I think *most* people just know if someone is right for them, even very early in the relationship. You just fit together and it feels like home. I can't think of any other way to describe it. I knew Victor is my Soul-Twin (a name we made for each other because for us it goes deeper than "soulmate") extremely early. He knew the same about me. Even if others chide you for "going too fast" you usually know when a person is, as they say in Russia, "the Satellite of your Life," even early in the relationship.

If the OP sees Natalia in his long-term future, he needs to let her know that even if he didn't mention it during this first meeting, it doesn't mean that he doesn't want to plan a future with her. Good luck, OP!

The Czech Republic and Hungry are the two FSU porn capitals. Originally, the girls there were all natural and without tattoos unlike the standard American porn queen. I hate fake headlights and tattoos. I know some folks like the tat scene and "bolt on boobs" but I'm just too old school. Implants and body graffiti don't work for me. It sounds like Victor landed a nice gal...and scored himself some points with his post. I don't think it's just the make up and dress over there...ok a lot of it was the dress, because like you pointed out we don't get to see that over here in the US unless it's on TV. But it's also the accent of course, and the weight difference (shape I guess you could call it). Lots of slender beautiful women everywhere over there...the fashion statement is like icing on the cake. It's still tough to beat a gal in tight fitting jeans, cowboy boots and a pony tail. I'm with you on the fake ####### and tattoo thing. Nothing turns me off like those big fake ####### tits and tats...especially those big ####### ones .."tramp stamps" or the ones on the boobs, or the big ones some gals get now that covers half their shoulder. I mean screw all that. Totally cheap, fake and trashy looking. Makes me want to puke, and I see more of that here in Alaska then anywhere else. Not sure about the French gals...I haven't been to France since I was in my early twenties, but the gals looked good, big eyes and all that, and the accent is sexy but nothing really stood out to me.

The gals that did stand out the most that I can recall are the ones in northern Belarus in the smaller villages. Natural looking and flat out gorgeous. You can see them come straight in from the fields after picking apples, whatever and they look like total knock outs. Kira says most of those people have a lot of Baltic blood in them from Latvia and Lithuania. Their cheek bones and noses look almost Scandinavian and there's a ####### load of blondes up there.

I was thinking the same thing. Hungary is Magyar and Czech is Western Slavic. Other than both being invaded and occupied by the USSR for decades, neither one of them is a former FSU country. Eastern bloc yes, bot not FSU.

Kira always makes jokes about the women over there who wear mini skirts in the middle of winter and have "red bellies" as she calls them from the cold. It doesn't bother me though. I still like to look.

I've watched a few European "videos" and I have to say, without a doubt, the best girls are from Czech Republic. I don't think this necessarily transfers over to real life but without a doubt, the Czech girls take their "acting" seriously.

Are you sure they were Czech? I had a Russian roommate who was an "actress" and she "acted" in the Czech Republic, France, etc.

Visiting various countries in the Europe, I didn’t really see serious problems with weight there, a lot of slender girls everywhere – from Lithuania to France and from English channel to Sicily. I’ve never visited US, so I can’t compare Russia and US, but comparing Russia and Europe I really don’t see big difference in girls weight.

If in US it’s a big problem with weight, then I can see why already few guys here pointed that in Russia their eyes “run in different directions” from a lot of slim girls all everywhere, and I understand why you think it’s something special in RUB. But living in Russia, for the whole my life I see slender, slim and skinny girls around as far as I can see, no matter where I am, and for me they don’t look “special”, for me they look “just usual”. Fluorescent lights are killer on RUB women.

I remember going to a hotel once that had the long bulbs. It also had a black light (and awesome reactive paint underwater scene, full-length mirrors, etc.) and when we finished up and turned on the regular lights.... it was like a whole new woman was in the room.
