hey guys

l just joined to visa journey and l need your helps.l got married with USC in january 2010 then l applied for my green card l got my green card in june.after that we moved in another state everything was cool for a while then we started to fight almost everyday after six months l figured out that my wife was pregnant from another man.l don t want to write all the details about that it still hurts me a lot.l just thought one time is cheater always is cheater then decide to get divorce.l applied for divorce.my green card will expire in june and hearing day for divorce in next week.l just talked with an immigration lawyer he wants me to postpone divorce date after march which is 90 days time period.he thinks if l apply for i-751 waiver then get divorce would raise my chances to remove conditional on my card.he says l can still apply by myself and we can take divorce degree with us when the interview day comes.is that true? also what s my changes to get approved with waiver?l have such a documents:

*Apartment leases on both names

*We had a car under our names

*Photos ( around 150 rest of them she took it with her)

*We went to my country together and we had a small wedding over there.pictures with my family

*Under both names car insurance, power bills, cell phone with family plans, rental insurance

*Joint checking and saving account

*She was authorized user on my credit card

*l can get affidavit from her family and friends that marriage was bona fide

l didn t keep any documents after l filled up for divorce and our divorce goes on adultery.she accepted adultery.l would like to get your opinions.thanks
