3. Medical Questionaire (i still havnt received packet 4)

4. Vaccination History a. TDaP b. MMR I have only one shot of MMR is that acceptable i read u needed 3 shots in your lifetime

5. Flu Jab is this compulsory

3. Are you needing the questionnaire?? Last page of http://photos.state.gov/libraries/unitedkingdom/164203/cons-visa/IV018a%20_IV%20medical%20letter_%20Aug%202011%20_1_.pdf

4. MMR is a series with timed intervals in between. #2 has to be at least 4 weeks past #1. If it's been 4 weeks since your MMR#1 then according to the rules, you should have MMR#2 to be up to date. Knightsbridge could tell you to get one.

BUT if your MMR#1 was only the week before your exam, then it would not be medically appropriate to get MMR#2 for 3 more weeks. In that case Knightsbridge is supposed to tick the column "insufficient time interval" and that allows you to be granted a blanket waiver to skip the shot. It's written all over the place that you do not have to delay your immigration waiting on the time intervals for shots. If it's been 4 weeks since your MMR, and if your GP will give it free, then it might save you paying 37 GBP to Knightsbridge. Or you can wait and see what they say at you exam. You can always tell them to hold your results until you go get your shot, then have your GP fax them the proof.

5. Flu shots are required during flu season Oct 1-March 31. At other times of the year there is a waiver column to tick "not flu season". You can get one wherever they are cheapest---like ASDA or anywhere offered. Just get a written proof. That London medical link I gave you still lists flu shot for over 50 years of age. That was changed in November 2010 to everybody over 6 months.

That's the actual rules but it's up to how well the immunization person at Knightsbridge has studied them. If they sign off, you're likely good to go whether it's technically right or wrong.
