Finally, the REASON WHY i can't open EAD receipt number on USCIS website

I make an Infopass last Sept 26 in Atlanta for my EAD status, and the guy Officer in counter 6 says it has been approved Sept 20. and it should be in mail anyday. "BUT" 8 days left now and there's no EAD approval notice in mailbox, So this afternoon i call USCIS 800 #, and waited for 75 mins to talked to a girl Officer.

- I asked why its been 75 days now i haven't got any chance to checked my EAD receipt number on USCIS website and need to confirm if my EAD really been approved last Sept. 20 as per my Infopass.

What happened was that, when i make an Infopass @ Atlanta Office and the Officer asked for my proof of fingerprint for EAD and i showed him, " he never follow it up or forwarded that i already taken my fingerprint for AOS & EAD". He never give me more information when i asked the receipt number of my EAD was still in error online.....

On the live-call with the girl Officer, she said that the problem thru website checking of receipt number is that, they won't put it in active unless all docs or status was given & been updated for the system. In my case - the problem was it showed i haven't got my fingerprint for EAD thats why they can't put it in active online to their website. So I said to female Officer, yes I did .. i explain i took picture with thumb printing & 10 fingers printing for AOS & EAD, the appointment ive got was been signed once but stamped & dated the AOS & EAD as a proof that it all been done that day. I volunteer to send it by fax or copy if they want the stamped appointment, but she said she believes me, bcos it shows in their system for my EAD infopass, just the guy Officer didnt give any s*** to clear everything and do his job.

So my case is clear, they ACTIVATED my EAD receipt number online and they will send thru mail my approval notice, and the nicely thing with the girl Officer is she gave me the confirmation # of the approved EAD, in any case no one still responding to send by mail my EAD approval. Because starting Oct.1 they won't issue interim EAD but it showed email address for you to follow up the EAD card.

Tip: If a month or so after your fingerprinting, u still haven't seen your EAD receipt active thru online, the only problem is the fingerprinting or how they process your documents, sometimes they received it and accepted but never done anything or "do it later attitute" until its been forgotten. Have patience to wait for an Officer in 800 # bcos they are the one could answer everything whenever there's a missed docs or info's of your case to be updated in their system.

good tip

"The fact that we are here today to debate raising America’s debt limit is a sign of leadership failure. It is a sign that the U.S. Government can’t pay its own bills. It is a sign that we now depend on ongoing financial assistance from foreign countries to finance our Government’s reckless fiscal policies."
