Changes to TOS?

I noticed the TOS is shown as a new page. How about some explanation about what changed, and how those changes effect the membership?

No, nothing has changed. These listed activities were always TOS violations, but we felt it would be better to be more specific about what this particular TOS included to ensure people do understand what is and isn't acceptable. P&R and OT remain the same. They have always been subject to the TOS - including this one - and remain so.

Just think of it as having to hone your debating skills even more so you can get your point across without resorting to inappropriate comments in the process.

Correct; it was a very minor change that simply reflects current policy. The sentence was noted above and was revised to be more clear (added a few more examples of what are basically personal attacks).
