Where to File K1 Lockbox or Vermont??

Little confused..... hoping someone can help me out I live in the east I need to file for a K1 visa do i send my application to dallas lockbox or vermont?

What Address should i put on the fiance letter of intent??

Please read the instructions on the form. It specifically tells you to send it your package to Texas. Texas is a sorting facility and it will then forward your petition to VSC or CSC.

Doesn't matter what address you put on the letter of intent. Put the Texas address or the Vermont address. It's the content of the letter that matters.

you can confirm they have not made any changes on the USCIS website, but should be Texas lock box

This is no longer an absolute I have seen VJ members from Atlantic Coast states post that they have had their files sent to CSC from the lockbox. However, I have yet to hear accounts of Pacific Coast states having their files sent to VSC from the lockbox.
