Ok, do I need to fill out an I-134 Affadavit of Support or an I-864 Affadavit of Support for a K-1 Visa? Also, on the DS-156 form question #21 it asks for present occupation. My fiance is currently unemployed. Will this be an issue? Question #26 asks "How long do you intend to stay in the U.S.?" Will "permanently 10+ years" be an appropriate answer? Questions #27 asks "What is the purpose of your trip?" "to get married to my wife to be". Is there a different answer they're wanting or is that ok? Question #36 asks "Has anyone ever filed an immigrant visa petition on your behalf?" The answer would be yes, since I filed the K-1 for him correct?

For k1 you need I-134 Affidavit of Support. You will use I-864 for the AOS.

Answers:

21) Unemployed. Since he is only the beneficiary, being unemployed does not affect at all.

26) Permanently

27) Marriage and relocation to USA

36) NO. Answer is No since nobody EVER BEFORE have filed a petition on his behalf. If somebody else (not you) did file for him before then the answer would be yes.
