K1 packet 3 confusion

a little confuse for packet 3 so not sure what to send in.

3 questions regarding packet 3:

1. According to this packet 3 checklist, should my fiancee send any copied documents like police certs, birth certs, 2 photographs, etc. along with the checklist or just the original checklist itself, original ds-230 part 1, and original affivadit of support?

2. Just to be sure, if the documents are not applicable, she dont have to check the box correct? for example, military, court and prison record.

3. should she also make copies of everything thats being sent for the packet 3 and bring those copies to the interview as well?

Must send a set of original White Books (notarized copies) of birth / police. plus the passport photos, along with the DS-230, do not sign part 2.

I know I am on CR1, but with my P3, I sent white books along with the DS-230, but have to bring another set of white books again to document intake. So she will need a new set of white books

just in case for the interview even it was sent with P3

whoa,

for a K-1, packet 3 send back:

1. checklist, filled out and signed

2. ds-230 Part I only, signed

3. photo for the visa.

and that's it.

The rest of that stuff IN THE CHECKLIST (it does clearly state this, btw)

is to be turned in via hand (yer hand to someone else's)

on document intake day.

"Complete and send the enclosed form DS-230 Part I, Application for Immigrant Visa and Alien Registration

as well as this document (Form 169) together with a copy of the bio page of your current passport. Obtain the

following documents on this checklist that pertain to you. As you obtain each document, check the box before

each item. Do NOT send the actual documents to the Consular office except for the Mailing Address Label, as

we will have to destroy them. You will not be scheduled for an appointment until you submit these forms. "
