Sometimes peoples cases cannot be added or found at all during the process.

If you have not had your biometrics yet it could be that as well.

It just means you cannot check it online. Nothing is wrong with the case.

Your I-129f was approved in 5 days from your NOA1 date.

Your interview took 67 days from your I-129F NOA1 date.

AOS was approved in 2 months and 8 days without interview.

ROC was approved in 3 months and 2 days without interview.

you're adding the number without dashes and including the letters right? Sometimes they don't show up.

That happened to me too. Some numbers work, some don't. You can maybe check every time you get a hard-copy notice to see if they've started updating your case online yet but don't be worried if it never shows up once you keep getting your USCIS/ DHS letters in the mail.

Have you tried the number on the NOA2 instead of the biometrics number? I wasn't able to find anything with that number but three NOA@ numbers (AOS/EAD/AP) worked fine. Good luck!

There would be no point because that would be the approval letter - this is for ROC not for the visa process.

During ROC the NOA1 clearly states to use the number listed on the biometrics notice to trace your case status.

As said many times on VJ you cannot always access case status - that is just how it is, some people can and some people cant.

i already did my biometrics on the 31st of October i tried the numbers so many times and i am using the numbers off the biometrics letter to check my case status

Then that means you are one of many people who cannot and will not be able to access the case status online - its just how it is.

If you want to call USCIS and speak to an operator to get the case status that is your best option. Other then that you can wait till you get confirmation in the mail.

Agreed with others - I got the 'case not found' message until the day my ROC was approved. :)

Yeah don't worry...we have the same issue. :D

As of:

June 26, 2012 - The Hubbs received his 10-year Permanent Residency Card (aka THE Greencard) in the mail today!

At long last, this highly stressful leg of our journey has come to a close - for now - and we couldn't be more grateful and appreciative for all the tremendous help and support here on VJ! Without VisaJourney I doubt we would be where my husband and I are today! Thanks to all!
