Is this ONLY happening to those who entered on K1 visa ?

I entered on a K3 visa after being married to US Citizen husband in Canada.

We are about to file AOS in Texas Service Center. Any chance of the CSC, no interview approval with us or is it ONLY for K1'ers ? Our case should be straightforward with not much reason to suspect fraud because we were married since 1996 and have 3 kids and 10 years worth of records together !

Congratulations on the transfer to CSC:-).

I don't know if only K-1s are getting transferred or not. I was K-1 so my experience won't help. One way you could check is to go to the California Transfer Thread where they list all of the names and check the timelines of the various applicants to see if there are any K-3s among the group. The thread is here in the AOS forum.

“...Isn't it splendid to think of all the things there are to find out about? It just makes me feel glad to be alive--it's such an interesting world. It wouldn't be half so interesting if we knew all about everything, would it? There'd be no scope for imagination then, would there?”
