Some of those.. I'm sure on the London Embassy website it told us exactly what they were looking for.

Not sure what immunizations you had as a kid but you might need an MMR jag.

Just a side note: I hope you don't have the plague!

Psychiatric issues (cutting etc) can also be cause for extra scrutiny.

I contracted Malaria 3 years ago while I was in Uganda. although I was treated and I am sure it is out of my system but in Denmark, if you ever had malaria then you cannot donate blood a certain number of years.

I wonder if I should disclose this information when I go to medical exam or just keep quiet unless being asked?

Yes, i got scrutinized for this at my medical but luckily i passed without a problem as i bought with me a letter from my doctor explaining the situation etc and made sure i told the absolute truth to every question i was asked and it was fine. Some countries and doctors could be a lot stricter though. Some people have had to psych evaluations before their medical could be passed.

At my medical I filled out a medical history form and had to sign it...I think choosing not to disclose that might be seen as lying. I would certainly be truthful.

If I were you, I'd make an appointment with my doctor and find out if they can test for that prior to your official medical.

Your third question is more difficult to answer. It depends on what the issue is. Have a look here. http://travel.state..../info_3745.html
