Hi Everybody. My visa was at NVC for about 2 weeks, I called on Weds. and they told me it has been sent to Juarez on the 30th.

Now what happens? Do I receive anything in the mail from NVC or Juarez or does my fiancé in Mexico? I tried calling Juarez but I couldn't find a rep to talk to in the choice options on the phone. I called another number and turned out it was to set up an appointment. They said before I set up an appointment I needed to pay 2 other fees and fill out a form. I don't understand are they going to send me what they need or is it a guessing game? Can anything be request via email?

Thanks

Happy New Year!

Hola,

First, are you a k1 or IR1 case? If they informed you that your case was complete, and they were sending the application to the embassy/consulado, you should recieve an email very soon with the beneficiary's interview date, the beneficiary will recieve the same email (if you are the choice of address and agent). NVC sends email unless an email address is unavailable.

Buena suerte

Hola gracias por su mensaje. I am for K1. I hope I do receive it, I spoke with someone on the phone for setting up an appointment and they said they don't send anything out until I make the 2 payments.
