I need help with next step after being sent from NVC

Hi Everyone you've all been so helpful and I hope you can help me with my next step.

NVC sent our file to Juarez Mexico, now what? I've tried calling Juarez but couldn't find any option to speak with a rep about my case and see if they received it. They gave out a USA number and I tried that too but they said its for setting up the appointment. They also said that if I don't pay the 2 fees they won't let me know if the case is in Juarez. I'm not sure what is needed from my end now, is it just a waiting game? Are they going to send something in the mail from Juarez saying everything they need in paperwork for appointment and ext? I know there is a money form but don't know when they need this.

Please help me if you have any insight on this part of the step.

Did you call NVC?

Ask them what your case number at NVC is then ask Did my file leave for the embassy and what day did it leave.

I do not know anything about armenia or mexico interviews. Your profile shows armenia and your embassy shows Mexico

it left Dec 20 from NVC to Juarez yes I have a case number. How do I track it? I will edit my timeline

I can't find anything leaving from Dec 30 only search I found left on Jan 1st. Could this be it? Also will Juarez or NVC be sending me a letter now with steps on what the next steps are?

I found one leaving nvc and going to juarez on the 30th

you have to remember if it leaves nvc on the 30th NVC has to call dhl the day before so the number you put in will be

EXP 29 DEC 2011A

and the dates is

dec 30 leaving

jan 4 2012 arriving

so a package arrived in mexico on the 3rd of jan
