I've been awarded my US Citizenship in 2007. I applied for a greencard for my son, who lived in Europe at that time. He finally came in the US. He has the permanent residency and he's 19 years old now.

Seeing how he is not a minor anymore, is there any way for him to become a citizen ?

he can apply for naturalized citizenship after 5 years of residence in the US. read the qualifications for the n-400 on the USCIS website.

ditto, he will have to wait 5 years and apply for citizenship on his own.

18 years old, means 18 years old, or far younger than that to tailgate a parent. Not much of a tailgate either, if you want him to have a US citizen certificate, its the N-600 that also stands for 600 bucks. But only if he is under 18 years of age. Over 18, its the N-400 and a full five year wait from the date he received his LPR card, but can apply no more than 90 days before his fifth green card anniversary.

Practically no evidence is required, but he must take both the English and Civics test and needs 680 bucks for the application.

I gather since he has a LPR card, you as the parent were naturalized, but at this stage, over 18 and all that, doesn't make any difference since you were naturalized or not, he has to get his US citizenship on his own if still single and didn't marry a US citizen girl when he was 16 years old.
