she e-mailed me the ppr all it says (( ORIGINAL CIVIL DOCUMENT )) very big font stapled with 2 of her passport photo which i am sure they are extra photo cuz i sent like 4 of them plus she (( my wife )) give them 2 extra photo

did they give her the passport back?

Does it say anything else?

They just gave her back the extra photos. I don't think there is anything to worry about. They probably use orange paper to identify it easily as something they need to return to the beneficiary or immigrant, which ever.

no they kept her passport and the ppr dose not say anything beside ((original civil document ))

Send them an email and ask them specifically what they need. We have no way of knowing this. I hear they respond to emails.....or you can call them.

Either the photos aren't the correct size, identical, not in color, or more than 6 months old. Other than that ORIGINAL CIVIL DOCUMENT could apply to any paperwork you filed with NVC or had to have translated.

i am really lost, so what exactly the orange paper? is that a paper you obtain it from Civil office (seagel el madany)?????????
