My second marriage- plz help

Hello Guys, please help me and as my cousin is US citizen and she was married before and got devorce in less than a year now she got married again to a guy from india.

(1) does my process will be same as Immediate Relative as my first marriage?

(2) how long it will take for my spouse to get visa ?

(3) Any trouble for getting visa for my spouse as both marriage was legal and not for money at all?

Plz guys help me

1. Well, it depends how long ago the first one was (policies change), but more than likely yes.

2. 8-10 months if there are no problems.

3. Possible. If she got citizenship through her first marriage or she brought the first husband over here too, then that would be seen as suspicious. Doesn't mean the new husband won't get a visa, but she will need to make extra sure to have lots of bonafide evidence, several visits etc.

Not sure what the F2A has to do with a USC petition?

Me: Irish/ Swiss citizen, and now naturalised US citizen. Husband: USC; twin babies born Feb 08 in Ireland and a daughter in Feb 2010 in Arkansas who are all joint Irish/ USC. Did DCF (IR1) in 6 weeks via the Dublin, Ireland embassy and now living in Arkansas.
