Timeline

My husband has an interview on the 30th of this month. I was thinking it can be possible the CO ask my husband for last year taxes. It would be a problem because my company send W-2 forms in February. I don't know what to do. I will go crazy if they do so

April 17, 2012*, 2011 Federal Tax Return, Tax Day for Tax Year 2011 - Filing deadline you are good. Take 2010 if you applied before they were due.

Evelyn, bigdog is right. You would only have to worry about that after tax deadline. No worries :)

***Evelyn...on another note. You should update your VJ timeline to help others trying to guess their potential CR1 wait time. :) ***
