I dont need to fake anything. This case is for my sister. I been reading this forum for a long time now. yesterday when I got the singin fail I thought I should let you guys know. Thats why I registered to this site.

its the same case like yours. My LPR dad applied for my sister.

If you don't wanna believe me its upto you. But I have strong feeling that next VB will be August 8th 2009.

I was not that much excited because its not some spouse waiting for the other to come here and start their life.

and secondly I know she will get interview this VB or the next one.Inshaallah.

Good! Then you are for real! I was hoping so! Just like you, I am so positive that next VB will be August 8th 2009. Please, please keep us updated if your sister gets her interview date. NVC should be assigning them next week, right?

First of all, All Bangladeshi here whose case already completed by NVC had SIGN IN FAIL. but after retrogression happened NVC has started open NVC payment portal option for lots of people. Even our senior member MIAMI_BOY had same issue and he got SIGN IN FAIL just week before he receive interview date.

In my situation I had SING IN FAIL 12/29/2010 after 3 months later( I mean retrogression) I am able sign into payment portal. Still I can sign into NVC payment portal even my case was completed on 12/21/2010.

yep...this is true....just follow the cut off date....and dont predict the next cut off dates by sign in fail....better to wait few more days for interview letters and it is the most reliable measure then SIF...

This is simple that NVC keep open the case file until case is near to priority date current. It is also make sense that anything could happen between beneficiary and petitioner such as adding new baby, address changes, divorce etc. That why NVC let the case open even it momentarily qualified for the interview.

Please also note that NVC wont transfer your case without SIGN IN FAIL. So, whoever still can sign into NVC payment portal with case completed, they should receive another SIGN IN FAIL before their priority date become current.

i think NVC say max of VB 2 month that mean thy must tack 2 month but we dont know it's will be next VB or any month

I read your post in one of these forums. And it seemed to me like you were certain your brother's priority date would be current this year. What makes you sound so certain?

Don't get me wrong; I actually like that you sound this way. But I am dying to know what makes you feel that way about your brother's priority date.

Sssshh... I am certain my sister's priority date (F2A - september 24, 2009) will be current this April.

Hi everyone my Pd is Dec 26, 2011. DHS sent me and my wife request for evidence. My lawyer sent it already. The government received it on Dec 29, 2011. Does anybody know how long will it take for them to approove it? any prediction when my pd might come current. Possibly this fiscal year or next?

hi, meu PD e 27 dezembro de 2010, o meu office e Vermont tambem..a minha peticao foi aprovada em novembro de 2011 e agora ja esta no NVC. Ja paguei o OAS fee e IV visa fee...Podem ter duvidado do teu casamento, se e verdadeiro ou nao..Se enviares informacoes crediveis que o teu casamento e verdadeiro vais ser aprovado ja, nao vai demorar muito tempo pk o NVC esta a tratar d muitos casos enviado em DEZ de 2010...

A nossa PD estara current em meados de Jan/Fev d 2013 se VISa Bul ficar em 2 meses como esta agora, mas acho que vai mudar, i se mudar ainda este ano seremos chamados ( out/nov/dez)

Tens que ter forca e esperanca, estamos juntos nessa- um por todos i todos por um..

eu sou F2A tb, PD:dec 2010... acho que esses papeis sao suficiente, eles tem k aprovar isso...A mulher e que vive nos EUA, eu ja fui pa EUA 4 vezes, em boston-sommerville..
