08-08-2004 : meet my husband

11-19-2008 : marriage

06-14-2009 : Priority date

08-19-2010 : i-130 approved

03-06-2012 : interview date

result : Administrative Processing

04-02-2012 : VISA in hand Hamdolilah !!!!

I got an interview date of mar 30th 2012; my PD is 24th June 2009 F2A; also received email from NVC

My prediction 15 July to 22 July for the month of March all the best and hope for the best

I believe that the March VB will move to 15 July 2009. My PD is 1 July 2009. I am hopeful it will be current in March VB If anyone gets interview for March 2012, please do share.

Hi guys, hope everyone is well. My interview is set for next wed (Feb 8th) but I am little worried about my age. I crossed 21 in Oct of last yr, so currently my age is 21 yrs and 3 months. I hope they wont deny me and dont give me the visa. You think CSPA/CPSA will come into play.

PD - 5/29/2009

Approval - 7/29/2010

case completed - 12/30/2010

Interview - 2/8/12

don't worry I was CSPA when I came to US it was 2005, I was 22 and half years old. I had to finish my military service before leavening country so my lawyer applied CSPA for me before I went to 21 years old and they approved my CSPA. Basically they freeze my age for almost 2.5 years.

don't worry and be relax.

Thanks, do we have to apply for CSPA? I never applied for one.

I don’t know what exactly my lawyer did at that time but I’m pretty sure he applied . is better to consult with lawyer.

i cant consult the lawyer now..i have only 1 week left and he cant apply for one now. I will find out on wed. I called NVC ppl they said embassy will decide on that.

October 01, 2010: Sent DS-3032

October 08, 2010: Confirm received DS-3032 from NVC

October 12, 2010: Received AIV fee bill from NVC

October 26, 2010: Paid AIV fee bill

November 19, 2010: Sent I-864

November 22, 2010: Sent DS-230

December 17, 2010: Completed

WAITING FOR INTERVIEW DAY....
