I got an interview date of mar 30th 2012; my PD is 24th June 2009 F2A; also received email from NVC

My prediction 15 July to 22 July for the month of March all the best and hope for the best

I believe that the March VB will move to 15 July 2009. My PD is 1 July 2009. I am hopeful it will be current in March VB If anyone gets interview for March 2012, please do share.

predictions does not have any limits..:)

Why Confusion...It will make everyone Happy...:D

Visagrant, it won't make anyone happy.. It sets false expectations. I know you're familiar with the process and what is possible and what isn't. I am saying that it isn't possible/lkkely with the "predicted cut off date." It would be of no help to those who are truly in it to get help.. If I am to predict 11.8.2011 - knowing it isn't possible/likely would prove to be a waste of time. No?

Let's just keep praying and hoping guys,..

Besides the latest VB suggests a good pace of a month or two

for F2A category, which is a bit faster than before

with a maximum of just 6 weeks,...

The good news is if we rely on the VB now,

they are predicting a forward pace, and no retro is in the offing..

Let's just be realistic and rely on the suggested VB...

friends forget about retrogession...it cant happen every now and then.....it wont happen in near future...so plz dont repeat this word again and again.....now only one way movement is possible...that is forward movement...only matters howmany weeks or months.....

Agreed Ricardo...Predictions has to be realistic based on the trend..:yes:

But in this broken immigration system,nobody knows when retrogression starts nor the logic behind VB dates...:innocent:

By the stroke of Luck, if your prediction of 11.8.2011 comes true..u will be Genius Overnight..:thumbs:

hey guys I have a question about police certificate, my wife is Iranian and I know that she doesn't need a police certificate from IRAN but she was student in Malaysia about 14 months and after her graduation she went back to IRAN so my question is, does she need a police certificate from Malaysia at the time of her interview?

she went to Malaysian embassy in Tehran and they told her it takes 6 months to get a police report. her PD is 27 Sept 2009 we don’t have that much time any more so I appreciate you if you can help me it so confusing.

In december 2010 priority dates retrogessed and wait priority date current again in

MARCH 2012 2nd

Medical submit :07 March 2012 Result :Administrative Processing

3rd Medical submit :28th Feb 2013 Result Administrative Processing

4th Medical submit :26th Feb 2014 Result :Got email reply from embassy that they will call me for finger prints and oath ..and still waiting Got call for finger prints and oath

on 12th MAY Went for finger prints and oath :21th May Result :ApprovedVisa Issued :22.05.2014

 

visa Issued Today after 3 years 8 months and 13 days

Green Card fee paid : 05/06/2014

Poe :17/06/2014

Ssn Received :27-06-2014

Green Card Produced and Mailed :07/22/2014
