I saw one person got interview and his PD was july 15 2009 so I think VB for this month would be july 15 2009.

please correct me if I am wrong.

this person (visabulletin861) he post his PD 15july09 but in F2A WATCH LIST he add his pd 16july09 so if his pd 16july that mean VB will 22july

but we wait anyone his/her pd after 16july09 call NVC :)

The visa cut off dates are only 1,8,15 and 22 of any month. If someone with PD with July 15 09 got the interview letter (yes, in our forum) then the next possible visa cut off would be 22 Jul 09 not 15jul09..The cut off date means any person prior to that date are eligible for the visa interview..

F2A PD 9th Feb 2011

Case completed at NVC

Spouse has B2 visitor visa and successfully visited USA twice.

Hope it would be August 01 or 08 !!! so moving forward is better for all of us specially 2010 filers so they can start getting interview dates.

To get an interview, one's priority date must be before the cut-off date in the visa bulletin. This means that if the cut-off date were 15 July, only those with a PD on 14 July and earlier would be invited for interview. If someone with a priority date on 15 July received an interview appointment, the cut-off date in the visa bulletin will be at least 22 July.

My F2A/IR-1 journey:

USCIS:
4 August 2011: I-130 sent (while husband permanent resident)
8 August 2011: Priority date
16 April 2013: NOA2

NVC:

7 May 2013: Case number received, DS-3032 sent

15 May 2013: AOS bill received and paid

16 May 2013: AOS package sent

17 May 2013: DS-3032 accepted

20 May 2013: IV bill received and paid

21 May 2013: IV package sent

11 June 2013: response to IV checklist sent

13 June 2013: Case upgraded to CR1

2 July 2013: Case completed

28 August 2013: Interview - approved!

21 September 2013: POE

18 November 2013: Green card received

My husband's citizenship journey:

8 February 2013: N-400 sent
4 March 2013: Biometrics
