pardon me for bothering all of you and asking some questions,

I am still waiting for our appointment letter, and by now, I am almost prepared with the necessary papers and documents that I need to bring, I started reading the Packet 4 of the appointment packet for Immigrant Visa Applications,...

I am just a bit confused with this one guys,...

I. Application Documents

(particularly no. 6)

6. Evidence of Financial Support

form I-864 which is the affidavit of support and for I-134 which is the affidavit of support also...

What are these..? I remember then that we have already paid for the AOS months back, do I need to get a copy of this,.? Or do they already have it in file, all I know is that I should bring my wife's Income Tax Return (latest) and her W2, which many have been telling me to bring during the interview, I'm a bit confused on the requirement for the Number 6...

Hope you can help me clear this one,.. Thank you so much...

Guys,...Kabayan , u need to resubmit updated w2 and income tax return Dnt get to excited be careful u don't want delays right! Also being a lot of pictures of u and re petitioner good luck btw when did u get ur appointment letter ?

Anytime Dnt forgot bunch of picture updated nbi, birth cerr and updated cenomar frm NSO u"ll be fine kept prayin for a smooth medical u shud be there st Luke's @ 6 am by noon u dud be done and know already the result of the medical good luck

u can go after receiving packet 4 anytime....i think u should get medical done as early as possible after getting packet 4...i think this will help..

F2A upgrade to CIR , how long will it take for my husband to get his interview? I did write to the NVC and ask for my husband case to be updated I also email a copy of my naturalization certificate. Can someone please tell me what's the next step. Thanks
