Congrats guys on getting your interview date, I'd like to ask : Does the NVC arrange the interview appointment before transferring the case to the U.S. Consulate? or after transferring the case to the the U.S. Consulate, then we get the interview email/letter? My priority date is: 02JUL2009, should I call NVC now to ask for the interview date?

Thank you RICARDO4EVA2 & Eddymvp for helping me. I've just called the NVC and a man told me that right now they are working only on cases which have priority dates before 22APR2009 and he told me to wait for the cut-off dates to become available.

technically the worker told you the truth - yes. if i were you i would call then on February 1, 2012. The worker does NOT handle scheduling.. he/she just look and report the into to you. The person in place doing this does not speak to their "customers"
