Just now I called NVC and operator told me visa still not available and they still giving visa for 22th April i.e January bulletin dates.

Will wait for updates from other F2A users or call again next week.

I think that this delay in announcing the dates for the interviews we will see a big jump up to two months or more, no one knows

Below is the latest answer from NVC on my email 2 days ago:

Dear Sir/Madam:

Your inquiry has been received at the National Visa Center (NVC).

All documentation necessary to complete the National Visa Center's processing has been received. As soon as the file is transferred to the US Embassy or Consulate General, the designated representative of this case (applicant, petitioner, or attorney) will be notified.

Please be advised that we schedule interview appointments based on the capacity of the respective U.S. Embassy/Consulate General. We are unable to predict when an interview will be scheduled.

I got an interview date of mar 30th 2012; my PD is 24th June 2009 F2A; also received email from NVC
