My case was completed Nov 20 2010!!! So I could login to that page and be able to check the payments I made, last time I login was last week so I don't what happened now I just don’t have access anymore. I think you guys need to check Visa payment portal everyday and see if u have access or not. again I had access last week!

Guys!!

Try this link and see you can sign into on it:

http://ceac.state.gov/IV/Login.aspx

I tried this and it says "Please be advised that the case that you have attempted to access is not eligible for further processing by the National Visa Center at this time. Please contact the National Visa Center if you believe that you have received this message in error."

So I called up NVC last night, and they told me my case was completed, NVC doesn't need anymore documents from me. and wait for a visa to become available. What a relief! Because this got me so nervous when I read some of us here can log in.

In my opinion this has nothing to do with you being interviewed soon (but hoping it does :D), because my PD is toooo faaaaaar away.

Dear Sir/Madam:

Your inquiry has been received at the National Visa Center (NVC).

completed cases awaiting the availability of visa numbers. This petition

will be eligible for an immigrant visa interview when a visa number is

available per the Department of State's Visa Bulletin. The current

edition of the visa bulletin is available on the following website:

and up to now we can still access the portal, I'm pretty sure it has nothing to do

with case being complete or qualified...

Cheers and Good luck everyone,....

Dear Sir/Madam:

Your inquiry has been received at the National Visa Center (NVC).

Please be advised that we schedule interview appointments based on the capacity of the respective U.S. Embassy/Consulate General. We are unable to predict when an interview will be scheduled.

The applicant's name has been placed on the list of documentarily qualified cases awaiting the availability of visa numbers under the numerical limitations prescribed by statute. The designated representative of this case (applicant, petitioner, or attorney) will be notified of an appointment date as soon as the numbers have been received. The applicant should NOT make any travel arrangements, sell property, or give up employment until the US Embassy or Consulate General has issued a visa.
