thank you darnell.... he did commit a felon 4yrs ago i know that impacts his situation even more negatively. but do you think that with the I-130 and a good lawyer that some kind of waiver for the bans that occur can be done? or do you know of anyone on thiis site that has been in similar situation and came out victorious that you can link me to?

Good luck, sorry I don't have any great advice for you. I hope he or you has some money saved up for flights/waivers/attorneys. Not all of Honduras is bad. Most of the money I've spent since starting my husbands paperwork is for planes...

So far I haven't seen any undocumented Hondurans get out of deportation, but that doesn't mean it won't happen in the future.
