Tempo de liberação no aeroporto americano

Gente queria saber das pessoas que ja entraram nos EUA ou que sabem da informação, quanto tempo leva para eles te liberarem no aeroporto apos a entrada. O que ocorre é que eu vou pegar um vôo direto de Salvador (onde eu moro) para miami e de lá vou pegar um vôo doméstico para Philadelphia. A questão é que eu vou chegar em Miami as 4 horas e não sei que horas eu posso marcar a passagem Miami-Philadelphia. O que vcs acham alguem tem alguma opinião ou experiência?

05/01/07 - Another infopass, this time he talked to someone in California who said that is going to approve my case and that I'll have my card in 3 weeks.

I was going through Miami but now I bought a different ticket so my POE will be San Juan, but I read the reviews and it seems pretty hassle free.
