Work/Employment Visas and the 10year Bar

Does anyone know if the 10year bar applies even if you have a company willing to sponsor a visa? Particularly the L1 Visa which is a non-immigrant visa that allows companies to transfer foreign employees to the US.

Of course it does - ban has nothing to do whether visa is in immigrant category or not, it is ban for entry into US. If it applies to US citizen spouses, why would it not apply to temporary worker which is far less important category than US citizen spouse ?

Not only does it apply, in the case of non immigrant visas (excluding K1s), hardship to a family member is not considered. And there is little political will power to approve these requests...after all, waving somebody's irresponsible actions usually means depriving an American citizen of a job...who in their right mind would do that?
