Daughter's medical condition

Happy new year, everyone! I just want to know your insights about my 3-yr old daughter's condition. She had her medical in October 2011, had TB skin test and was negative, and IR-2 visa was issued. We are set to fly back to US on Sunday (Jan. 8) and she was diagnosed with primary complex on January 3. Her chest x-ray showed hazed density and confluence. The doctor told her to undergo medication for 6 months so I bought her medicines good for 6 months and will bring it with us back to US. Do you guys have any idea what's going to happen on her POE? We will re-check our luggages in Detroit to Washington, DC. Will they send her (or us)back to Manila if they found out that those medicines are for anti-tuberculosis? What's the worst thing that could possibly happen?

Thank you guys.

They will not send you back. As they will not look for what kind of medication it is especially since it is in the checked baggage. You have nothing to worry about.

My 14 yr old daughter did not have a primary complex history. My 10 yr old son did but had completed his medication for 9 months when he was in the Philippines. The time came for the kid's medical in 2010 found out that my daughter 's skin test is positive but negative on xray. The kids were issued the IR2 visa and the best thing was my daughter was not only given a visa she also had to start her 9 month medication here in GA for free and she just finished it last month coz they came here in November of 2010. No worries.u are still lucky ur daughter was granted a visa.My other friend's kids of the same situation were not till they complete medicationin Pinas for 9 months.
