AOS interview and affidavit from friends?

Jenni and I have our Green card interview just 2 months after our marriage (k-1) and we are wondering if it is necessary or recommended to get affidavit's from friends and/or family attesting that we are living a married life together. I can understand doing so for the lifting of conditions since it's a ways off, but does it make sense to do it so soon after our wedding? Is it adequate to simply show pictures and joint bank/credit card statements, shared bills, shared benefits/beneficiaries, shared auto insurance etc.?

What did you do?

We obtained two affidavits, on top of all other stuff including letter from employer.

In Arizona its hot hot hot.

They understand you have not been married long. The co-mingling evidence like joint accounts and lease/mortgage plus the photos you have are enough without any affidavits from family and friends. A lot of people do not even bother to send those in when they lift conditions 2 years later, since they can be typed up by anyone and don't hold that much weight as far as evidence goes.

We just had our interview on Dec 19th. The only thing I took were some bank statements, phone bills, and insurance statements. We took a few pictures from the wedding and a few of other pictures of us together after the wedding. We were not asked for affidavits nor did I take any. Good luck at the interview. Ours was very quick and painless.
