1. Is it be possible that CR1 visa w/ co-sponsor will be denied?

12.9.2011 - Visa Filed

2.17.2012 - I-I30 application approved

3.21.2012 - MEDICAL PASSED

3.27.2012 - INTERVIEW PASSED

4.9.2012 - RECEIVED VISA PACKET

4.19.2012 - FLIGHT going to NJ

4.20.2012 - ARRIVED JFK

5.7.2012 - RECEIVED WELCOME LETTER

hello, i think we werent able to meet the requirement, we asked her mom to be our co-sponsor.:)

no as long as someone is willing to be the co-sponsor and meet the poverty level..as my experienced my income is enuff but i really made it sure so i added my dad's income..better to have more
