Hello Everyone,

My name is Scott and live in California. My Fiancee is Hoa and she lives in Vietnam. I am just starting the process and I am glad to have found this site. I have been reading and doing some research on the web and it has been looking like a tough fight to bring my love to the USA. After finding VJ this looks alot more managable. I plan on visiting her by April, and propose to here where her family and friends can share the good news. With luck we will be together for Christmas 2012.

take lots of pictures, of both of you to gather different places and days and with family,make copies of all your bills from there copies of your flights, and boarding passes.if your doing the k-1 1-129f read the guides, you can down load the forms what is needed.or if you get married there use the 1-130, cr-1 it will take about 8 to 9 months estimated.time,for her to be approval.

Whats up Scott! Welcome to VJ! This is a great site. You will not need a lawyer once you give VJ a look! Check out the guides and form you initial petition just like the guides say and follow them to the letter and your process will go alot easier! Post any questions you have on the forums and they will answered minutes after you post it! :thumbs: God Speed on your Journey and i wish you success and happiness!
