NVC Recieves i-129f Petition Approval??

I was wondering how do you know then the NVC recieves the approved petition from USCIS?

Also how do you know when they finish process?

And finally how do you know when they ship the final documents to the embassy of interview?

I see there are people tracking these items but I am not sure how they are populating the list of dates.

The NVC also send me a mail, when it was sent to the embassy, as well as embassy sent a mail to my fiancee that they received the documents.
