Hi VJ's

I have here few question with regards to AOS:

1. Do we have to make different checks to pay for the AOS, EAD, and AP?

2. In the forms, it ask for last name, since I am now married - shall I use a hyphenated last name which includes my family name as I entered the US dash my husbands last name ( i.e Elena Santos Cruz-White )

3. A# is the ones in the NOA2 - right?

I-485

- Current USCIS status ( now that I am married, what current USCIS status must I place? K1 still? )

- Place of last entry into the US ( when I came here my POE was LAX, but then had a connecting flight to DFW...what should I answer in this regard? )

- Non-immigrant visa number ( is it the red number in my visa? )

- Consulate where visa was issued ( since it was issued by the US embassy in Manila - what should I place on this field?)

- Spouse info was asked and it was asking me to mark - APPLYING WITH YOU ... I marked NO since my husband is my petitioner and is a USC and so I assume it is right to mark NO in the applying with you field :D

- my kids also are back in the Philippines and will come in later time...so I marked NO in the applying with you since they are currently not applying with me - is this correct?

I-765

-#1 Which USCIS office ( not sure about this question but I was assuming it is asking me which USCIS office am I applying for the EAD..but still I am so unsure and so I wanna ask what you guys answered here :D )

-#2 Results (Granted or Denied attach all documents ) prior to this, it asked for my other name used so I am just assuming that it was asking for my annulment documents, correct? if not, enlighten me please :D

-#13 Country of Citizenship / Nationality ( well I am fromt he Philippines so my country is that .. but as to Nationality - uhmm...shall I still place Philippines? )

-#16 eligibility under 8 CFR 27a. 12 ( ) ( ) ( ) <<what should I answer?

I-765

- Part 3

#1 Date of intended Departure

# Expected Length of Trip

>> I am not sure when I would leave the US and not sure how long the trip will be..I am applying for an AP just in case there is a need for me to go back to my country since my kids are still there. and maybe to bring them over here in the US when the time comes.

Part 4

= purpose of the trip

= List of countries you intend to visit

>>>of course there might be a need to be back in my coutnry..but other than that I am not sure which country to visit since my husband travel a lot so what must I place there other than Philippines knowing that Ia m not sure if ever we might be traveling to some other country due to business meeting of my husband.

Part 3 ( is confusing )

" if you are applying for an Advance Parole Documents, skip part 7."

in Part 7 = it says

" On a separate sheet of paper, explain how you qualify for an A/P Documents, and what circumstances warrant issuance of the A/P

>>>>SO, Do I have to skip Part 7?

Thank you VJ's for the help...sorry if this post is quite long...I just decided to ask my questions in one post.

Thank you VJ's for the help...sorry if this post is quite long...I just decided to ask my questions in one post.

Typically the AP is for emergencies and that is what most of the questions are for. You are filing because you are also filing for AOS and currently have no travel plans.
