Usually under what scenarios USCIS conducts interview to complete I-751 processing

And after biometric is there any other status in between or directly we receive the green card

I am not sure but looking at the timelines it seems like it takes 2 months after Biometrics

Not enough proof.

They don't believe the relationship.

They find some interesting information that does not jive with the application.

You got a divorce.

After biometrics you wait and see if you get an RFE or interview or if you get approved and get the card in the mail.

Keep in mind there are people who were approved quickly but there are many people who are waiting 6-7-8 months with no approvals still.

Interviews are more or less random. Based on whatever guidelines the USCIS is using, you may or may not increase your chances of being interviewed before getting approved. The timelines are just a guide. Some people take much longer than two months.

My husband asked the IO who interviewed us for our AOS if we would need to have another interview for the I-751 and he said that as long as all of our documents look good, we probably won't get another interview. But he also said that cases are randomly pulled for interviews.

I also read that sometimes if you didn't have an interview for AOS, you're more likely to get an interview for ROC. But there are also some cases that were approved with no interviews for AOS or ROC.

Along with Inky's reasons, there's one other:

Some applicants are just unlucky and get called randomly for an interview.

I remember some people from my January 2010 AOS group getting transferred to CSC and they were approved without an interview

nope. the majority of people do not have interviews for either AOS or ROC.

I don't think so. It might be something random or just they have to conduct an interview in some particular cases.

I did not have interviews for AOS and ROC. My first and only interview in the U.S. was for Naturalization, and it was a piece of cake.

Our friends were called to an interview and were told afterwards that their original evidence was fine but they were a random selection. The officer explained that USCIS has got a quota to fill each month, they pull suspect cases first and then if they still haven't reached the quota, then they choose random cases.
