I am new to Visa Journey :) My priority date is July 2011 Still I have not received the NOA2

I did receive NOA1

Anyone with NOA2 or approval from MAY or JUNE 2011?

They have slowed the processing times

California Service Center as of 1/25/2012

I-130 Petition for Alien Relative Permanent resident filling for a spouse or child under 21. USCIS currently processing cases filed ON OR BEFORE June 1, 2011.

Vermont Service Center as of 1/25/2012

I-130 Petition for Alien Relative Permanent resident filling for a spouse or child under 21. USCIS currently processing cases filed ON OR BEFORE January 9, 2011

change the service (middle) center to Vermont. The link should work. scroll to the middle (130) and check which is appropriate to you.

Hope everyone is fine. Do you or anyone knows how often the USCIS announces the processing time. Is it updated monthly like Visa Bulletin or quarterly?
