Ok sorry for being little slow here, so you are saying that THIS location/place above IS CSC ?

Yes, CSC = California Service Center. VSC = Vermont Service Center.

The P.O. Box is where they receive all of the I-751 petitions. Someone from CSC comes to the post office to pick them up everyday.

yep! CSC = the service center where your ROC will be processed. if you lived in NY state, it would go to VSC (vermont service center).

read the insrtuctions for the i751 very thoroughly. you must follow them to a T and submit strong evidence in order to be approved in a timely fashion. again, READ THE INSTRUCTIONS!

OK besides bunch of proof and images etc, all that is needed is copies of the greencard, the application of course and the $590 check, correct?

No specific pictures of me or..any other documents required?

you sound like you are not quite ready to file. if you are unclear on some of the basics of filing the i751, you might want to delay (even by a day) and REVIEW YOUR PACKET. the better your packet is, the more straight-forward this process is.

are you including a cover letter that details the content of the packet?

have you included both primary and secondary evidence of bona fide marriage, financial comingling and cohabitation?

which address are you using? your old address with your wife (filing together) or your new address (filing a waiver)?

if you are filing a waiver, have you included an explanation of the cirumstances of your separation from your wife?

just doesnt seem like you are 100% on this yet. i am of the opinion that the stronger your packet is and the more of an 'expert' you are on ROC, the smoother the process is.

Plenty of people file ROC and have divorced, like the posters before me have said, you can't expect all marriages to have lasted, or they wouldn't have the option to file at all.

I wrote the same home address, since I'm going back home tomorrow!

PLEASE do explain what you mean with PRIMARY and secondary evidence? Do you mean I need to RE-submit proof that I sent to AOS?

I have everything nicely put and a cover letter, including:

1. a LIST of items that were sent in for AOS

2. i-751 application + CHECK

3. Greencard copies

4. The last Gas, water etc BILL, my name listed

5. Joint AAA (auto) account statement

6. Italy flight + Hotel prof

7. Me signing up for health insurance on same address as my wife

8. Chicago flight (+ boarding pass) + Hotel

9. Joint car insurance

10. Joint tax return 2010

11. A couple of pictures that were sent in with AOS

12. Around 70 images of our wedding AFTER aos was approved a lot of pics of us on trips (mentioned above), my family with my wife etc etc. Just looking at the pics are evidence enough trust me!

So, thats all right?

they only want to see evidence that dates from post-condtional greencard. ie the past 2 years.

primary evidence is stuff that cant be faked easily: irs tax returns/transcripts, mortgage/lease papers, drivers licenses, health care paperwork, bank statements. secondary evidence is less formal. affidavits, photos, postcards.

you seem to have a lot of good stuff from both categories.

be sure to make copies for your records!

are you filing jointly? you dont seem to have answered this question. or maybe i missed it.

Part 2 (Basis for Petition)

My conditional residence is base on my marriage to a U.S. citizen or permanent resident, I am unable to file a joint petition, and I request a waiver because:

Option D: "I entered into the marriage in good faith, but the marriage was terminated through divorce or annulment."

USCIS understands that marriages don't work out and allow for that.....you just need to prove that you did not get married just to get your residency....even after divorce your conditional residency is still valid until it's expiry date, even though it was originally based on your marriage.....then it is up to USCIS to accept your ROC

hopeworld, can you update your profile so it shows that you are ROCing? still shows AOS.

i751s are pretty slow at the moment. CSC is taking 4 - 7 months. processing times from USCIS say 6 months. you should see the NOA1 about a week after sumission and usually the NOA2 within a month.
