This post was originally placed in the general K-1 forum vs the Philippines forum ( I asked that it be moved, and its now in the correct forum).

If I had posed the question: "I want to know which is best Cho Ray or IOM", would that make any sense to anyone applying for K-1/CR-1 outside of Viet Nam?

The post was completely non-sensical to anyone applying for a k-1 outside of the Phillipines, and my question was valid.

Stop trolling. :bonk:

You could have reported the thread and left it at that. You didn't need to post your nonsense responses. By the way, wasn't it you who was giving sermons about posting etiquette on Brandon and Beth's thread? A bit hypocritical don't you think? :bonk:

I did report it to have it moved, and was prepared to leave it alone, but then along came a troll which kicked a 'notification' toward my inbox (as your did post).

You completely side-stepped my comment and my questions. You were the first one who responded to the OP. Your posts were post #2 and post #4. Both of them were uncalled for. As soon as you read the OP, you could have reported the thread and left it at that, yet you did not. In Brandon and Beth's thread you behaved like the thought police, and in this thread you are the one posting nonsense. Get over yourself!

I highly suggest St. Mary's in either cebu or Manila. The manila St. Mary's is not near downtown. It is behind green doors saying good shepherd convent at the top of the overpass. But it is a one stop place. They also provide drinks, food and lunch. I liked being there and waiting. There is a covered area outside as well.

form what I heard even from people while there in Manila, Prism is not a fun place, plus you have to go to the main CFO office for the rest of the paperwork.

K-1 Visa Timeline:

09/18/2011 - POE, Viva Las Vegas, Baby !!!!! Home to Phoenix.

Sorry for not posting this topic at first in Philippine forum, but I wasn't aware of that, but thank you for moving it to where it belongs. I hope someone could say something nicely to those who asks for help... Anyways, to all my Kababayan who replied here, Salamat Po! I guess I'll choose St.Mary's according to all the information you shared to me.

St. Marys is more convenient only if you have your visa in hand already. If you do not have your visa already, you will have to return and get the sticker affixed to your passport.

Many people like to complete the CFO seminar before their interview. Then, when they receive their visa, all they have to do is get the sticker.

Thanks for that Tahoma, you have the point.. And I was going to do the same, take the counseling in advance and get back when i have my visa in hand for the sticker or I may wait until I get my visa and do that. I will just think of that. You always have good advice, thanks for sharing them to us who just started on this journey.
