We are filing for my wife's change of status from a K1 do I also need G325 for me. Do I file a complete set for her son K2 visa also

1. G-325a

2. I-864

3. I-485

4. I-765 (optional)

5. I-131 (optional)

6. G-1145 (optional)

Are there any forms I am missing.

Do we send in pictures of us here in the U.S. now or just take then to interview with us when we get to that point.

AOS is about the immigrant - not the USC.

The only thing the USC fills out is the affidavit of support.

You mean to file her AOS (Adjustment of Status, usually called the "green card")?

December 2006 - third trip - went for his visa interview (stood outside all day)

visa approved! arrived here together right before Christmas 2006

married January 2007

Me: Irish/ Swiss citizen, and now naturalised US citizen. Husband: USC; twin babies born Feb 08 in Ireland and a daughter in Feb 2010 in Arkansas who are all joint Irish/ USC. Did DCF (IR1) in 6 weeks via the Dublin, Ireland embassy and now living in Arkansas.

Please read the guides - there is no I-130 in AOS from a K-1. Why does everyone keep thinking this!

Please read the guides - there is no I-130 in AOS from a K-1. Why does everyone keep thinking this!
