Hi, I'm a little confused and need some help please :)

I entered as a K1, got married within 90 days and am now completing the forms for AOS. I've looked at the guide and the sample i-485 form.

I'm working on form i-485 and have some questions:

Part 1: The A# - am I supposed to have one? where is it? Is is one of the numbers on the visa? - I have a control number (2011**********) and an annotation number (A*********) - If its one of these then there was an issue at POA - the annotation 'A' number was written by the immigration officer on the back of my I94, then I got sent to a side room where they seemed to be grumbling about the embassy putting the numbers the wrong way round - the number written on the back of the I94 was subsequently changed - the A was left and the digits written over with 9 digits 2011***** but different to the control number on the visa. I'm confused - anyone any ideas? Or could I just leave it blank?

I-94# - I wrote down the Admission number from the I-94 - is this correct?

Part 3: non-immigrant visa number - which is this?

Other questions: They took my medical envelope at POA but I still have the x-ray cd - what do I do with this? I have the DS-3025 from the medical which I'm sending in a copy of.

Thank you :)

I-94# - I wrote down the Admission number from the I-94 - is this correct? Yes you write the number that is on the I-94 form.

Part 3: non-immigrant visa number - which is this? This is the K-1 visa number and is usually in red on the visa itself.

Other questions: They took my medical envelope at POA but I still have the x-ray cd - what do I do with this? I have the DS-3025 from the medical which I'm sending in a copy of. Print out copies to frame  . My wife still has her x-ray.

Thank you :)

People should ONLY trust the NOA2 as it isn't open to human error

I-94# - I wrote down the Admission number from the I-94 - is this correct? Yes

Part 3: non-immigrant visa number - which is this? Red number on your visa
