I was just reviewing the VJ timelines for California Service Center. The last two NOA2's came in January, taking less than a month since NOA1 (dated in December)! Before that, NOA1's were dated in July.

Anyone know how they go about their review logic? I thought it was by priority date??

My NOA1 is from mid-December, any reason to think I might be so lucky?

Priority date has nothing to do with US citizens petitioning spouses.

There are a lot of people who do not use VJ there may have been many people approved who were not on VJ.

Yeah, don't know why yours was sent to CSC. I'm from massachusetts and was begging that it was sent to VSC. There's still no guarantee that it will be done quick, but the chances are better. They really should be more professional with the process. I would love to just take a tour of the place and see how they process cases. How does one person get approved before someone else, even though the other person sent their's in 4 months earlier? I would love to see how that's done.

That's my point. A lot of people have been complaining about the service at CSC. Then I look today and two people got their NOA2's in less than a month! I don't mean to be petty, but what the hell?

I am from MD and mine went to CSC too. I have no idea how they triage those, but I see that VSC DOES approve I-130s on VJ.

I just don't get it. There's nothing to be done, I am just venting.
