Did anybody get AOS approved recently

Hi All,

We have applied for my my wife EAD,advance Parol and the AOS in August 2011 and got the finger prints done in Sept 13th,2011.

We did not hear anything about the AOS approval.

The case is transferred to CSC in September.

Please let me know if any of you got your AOS approved recently.

Hey there.

Lots of people who post on here have gotten their AOS approved recently. Of course, there are also some of us who are still waiting. I think that in the past when your case was transferred to the CSC it was considered a good thing as it generally meant you wouldn't have an interview and that your case would progress faster. Personally, I haven't found this to be the case. My case was transferred to the CSC in June and hasn't been touched since. When I phoned today I was told it was actually in Washington DC and that since they are currently working on December 2010 files mine is still within their service timeline.

All that said.

Good luck May your case progress quickly. Try not to judge how fast yours should go based upon anyone else here. You may set yourself up for disappointment. Check your local office's service times to give you a better idea of when you can expect a response. Most offices appear to be working on 4 months.

Finally we got the green card today

Ours was transferred to CSC one week later than yours. Hopefully we will hear something good soon as well!!
