Hi,

Just to update. I talked to a 2nd tier representative at USCIS and she told me the same as someone had mentioned earlier-- that VSC is still processing applications from July 10th and that I should wait another 30-40 days to hear from them.

So, I guess I just need to be patient, as difficult as that is.

I also have a 08/01/2011 date and no word about NOA2. I checked the case status and my case was last touched the date of my NOA1 8/1/2011. I called and they told me allow 18 more days before I can put an inquiry. My fiancee is desperate, since she quit her job and finished school and we been waiting for abt 6 months now. Its a great coincidence most NOA1s dated 8/1 have not been processed while VSC is already processing september stuff.
